Terms of Service

You must use Vizly only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any workspace or subscription limits that apply to your account. You are responsible for account credentials, invited users, and activity that occurs under your workspace.

You retain ownership of files, prompts, connected data, analysis outputs, and other content you submit to Vizly. You grant Vizly the rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload or connect data to Vizly, including any personal, regulated, confidential, or third-party data.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, workspace permissions, quotas, or security controls.
• Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with Vizly systems.
• Do not use Vizly outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or employment decisions without independent review.

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, trials, and fees are described at purchase or in the applicable order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vizly. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every generated analysis will be complete or correct.

Vizly and its software, interfaces, documentation, models, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Vizly Labs, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Vizly technology to you.

Vizly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizly Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
