This Privacy Policy explains how Vizly Labs, Inc. collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use Vizly websites, applications, and data analysis services.
We collect account details, workspace membership information, authentication data, uploaded files, connected data source metadata, product usage events, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate and secure Vizly.
When you connect third-party services, we process the credentials, tokens, and metadata required to provide the requested integration. We do not sell uploaded datasets or customer workspace content.
Vizly may send prompts, selected data excerpts, file metadata, and analysis context to model providers or infrastructure subprocessors when needed to complete a user-requested workflow. We limit these transfers to the content required for the task and apply contractual and technical safeguards where available.
Customer files and workspace content are processed to provide the service, not sold to third parties.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Retention periods may vary by account configuration, plan, data type, and customer instructions.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and tenant permission checks. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
We share information with service providers that help us host, analyze, secure, support, and operate Vizly; with integration providers you choose to connect; when required by law; during corporate transactions; or with your consent.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. Workspace administrators may also control access to workspace content and connected resources.
